About Mario Iveljic
As a founding Partner of Mag Mile Law, LLC, Mario brings almost 20 years of complex litigation and transactional experience to the Firm. A seasoned litigator, Mario has litigated cases throughout the state of Illinois and the United States. He has appeared in court in proceedings in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, North Carolina, and New York.
Mario has been named an Illinois "rising star," one of the "top young attorneys in Illinois," and one of Illinois' "outstanding young lawyers." Mario's work has captured the attention of judges, jurors and clients alike. Judges have commented that he is "very talented," "well respected" and "someone who gets things done." One client thought he was "one of the best lawyers she ever worked with." After his first solo jury trial, one of the jurors thought he was a "seasoned pro."
He has represented a wide variety of clients – from Fortune 500 companies to local businesses to individual clients. He provides each and every client with a very simple, commonsense approach to their cases. No B.S. No promises that he can't keep. Rather, he provides them with a thorough work up of the file, discusses all the strengths and weaknesses of the case, explains what the options are, what the possible results might be, and what path to take to achieve the best possible result given the circumstances.
Mario is a Yale University graduate and accomplished soccer player - traveling the country playing semi-professional soccer even as an attorney. He is accustomed to high pressure situations and does not shy away from a fight. Clients find that he is an attorney they will swear by, and not at.

MICHAEL BALOURDOS
What's my goal? To get deals done. Nothing more. Many lawyers are notorious for 'killing' deals due to their overzealous representation of their clients. They tend to bog down negotiations with unnecessary arguments and take stubborn positions. Not me.

STEVEN MIKUZIS
I believe litigation is the last option. If possible, I always first calmly seek affable compromise in any dispute. But when compromise fails, I strike and strike hard to achieve my client's goals.

GEORGE XAMPLAS
I believe success starts and ends with knowing who I represent, why I am representing them, and what it is we are up against. To me, this means more than just the facts-it means understanding the person-top to bottom, inside and out.
